As an I.T. Service Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in helping lead, and mentor, our service team. Reporting to and working alongside the Service Manager, you will help oversee daily operations.
As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and remote desktop support. This may include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing software and application support, and escalating more complex issues to senior team members. Additionally, you may assist with training end-users and creating documentation and guides for internal and external use.
